Bus Trip to Legislative Meetings

Description

We want to help YOU attend the 2024 NAR Mid-Year Legislative Meetings in Washington, DC! 

Partnering with Sussex County Association (SCAOR) and Delaware Association of REALTORS® (DAR), we will provide transportation to 27 members. We will leave from Milford bright and early at 7:30am with the bus departing at 8:00am. Once you arrive in D.C., you will be able to take part in the NAR Trade Expo until the Hill Visits begin. At 12:30pm we will then be taken to the Capitol Building to meet with legislators and continue to be The Voice for Real Estate in Central Delaware. Sadly we could not obtain a wheelchair-lift bus for this day, though the attempt was made. 

The bus will have restroom facilities and our Associations will provide light snacks and refreshments. (No alcohol permitted). 

The Schedule is as follows: 

  • 7:30am - Pickup at Milford Commons Shopping Center: 975 N. DuPont Blvd. Milford, DE 
  • 10:30am - Arrival at NAR Trade Expo 
  • 12:30pm - Depart Trade Expo 
  • 1:00pm - Arrive at Capitol Building for Hill Visits 
  • 4:30pm - Depart Capitol Building 
  • 7:00pm - Return to Milford Commons Shopping Center
